Guaranteed, Not Happy...We'll exchange. If you are dissatisfied with any of the products that we have supplied to you it is our policy to exchange them as soon as possible. All payments are held on a secure server.


Delivery

Mail Order Service. We use an internationally recognised carrier TNT. TNT is a UK leader in nationwide, door to door guaranteed delivery services. Their commitment to customer care and reliability has won the company many awards.

All goods are sent fresh. All we ask from you is that there is someone available to accept the delivery. All goods come in EHO approved temperature controlled packaging. With TNT's help we can despatch six days a week, see the online shop for details.

  • All goods are inclusive of carriage charges, once your order has been processed we will be in touch with you to inform you of our delivery date. Our delivery days are : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

International Orders:

Unfortunately some countries prohibit the importation of meat and meat products. These include Australia, Brazil, Canada, Faroe Islands, Guyana, Japan, Nigeria, Norway, Sweden, USA. Please contact us before placing an order regarding your country’s status and shipping pricing

Our goods are fully traceable. Our products are chosen by both expert buyers and farmers. Our main specialist buyers are John Swan & Sons of Wooler in Northumberland (Est 1856) and Andrew Brown Proprietor of Farm and Rural Northumberland.
